Over the past 20 years Danielle has been working with clients to achieve their nutrition goals, helping clients develop an approach to eating that fits their lifestyle and meets their individual needs.
Danielle Getty, RDN, CDN is a highly experienced registered dietitian with over 20 years of expertise in nutrition counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Passionate about promoting health, fitness, and balanced living, Danielle believes that well-being is a holistic endeavor that extends beyond nutrition.

Her diverse background spans both clinical and private practice settings. Danielle has worked at Boston Children's Hospital, one of the leading pediatric hospitals in the U.S., where she specialized in pediatric and adolescent nutrition. She has also served at Laurel Hill Inn, a renowned center for the treatment of eating disorders, and spent seven years at Brown & Medina Nutrition (formerly Joy Bauer Nutrition) before establishing her own private practice over a decade ago. During her time at Brown & Median Nutrition, Danielle worked with groups such as the New York City Ballet, aspiring college athletes, patients at the Gastrointestinal Center at Mt. Sinai Hospital and clients of all ages working on overall health.

In 2013, Danielle relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she joined Casa Serena, an Intensive Outpatient Program for women with eating disorders. Soon after, she founded her own private practice, focusing on areas such as eating disorders, sports nutrition, pre- and postnatal nutrition, and overall weight management and wellness. Danielle's passion for athletics and health aspire her to share her knowledge to help others see that balance is key. More recently, Danielle has focused her efforts on sports nutrition, particularly for teenagers, helping them fuel their active, growing bodies. With her broad clinical and counseling experience, Danielle is adept at working with clients of all ages— from young children to adults.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts and completed her Registered Dietitian certification at St. Louis University. She currently lives in the East Bay area with her husband and two children.
